Perhaps one of the most nutritious foods in the world, rich in nutrients and fibers, is perfect for use in cocktails, main courses, sweets, etc. Karen Langston, a registered nutritionist and member of the board of the National Association of Nutritional Professionals, says Apples are great additions to your weight loss plan. Low-calorie, full of carbohydrates and antioxidants, apples help keep your blood sugar content, so that you don’t have a desire for higher-calorie no nourishments. Not only Halloween, they’re not! Pumpkin isn’t just a super good health threat, but also one of the main products around it, says Langston. Pumpkin is also an excellent source of the essential beta-carotene antioxidant, low in calories, but full of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. You will still have the same nutritional benefits. I love it fresh and frozen. At coffee, you can even have it! Langston advises that 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin be combined with some raw almonds, such as cloves, musk, cocoa and more. This year, don’t throw the Halloween seeds from your squash. Instead, roast and cook! “These tasty tiny and super seeds are filled with calcium, sugar, carbon, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, selenium, folate, and arginine and glutamic acid amino acid,” says Langston. It allows you to stay slim, balanced, and lean with its poly-and mono-unsaturated fat content that improves metabolism and contributes to burn fat. “They are also excellent relievers of tension (chew away the anger generated by crushing). Langston claims Cinnamon was known as a rich and prestigious medieval spice, and this is no wonder! “Manganese, sugar, calcium, and iron are filled in Cinnamon, making it the perfect seasoning to apply to your meals. It also lowers the blood sugar, regulates leptin and restores the metabolism. “Additionally, you should use cinnamon in Chinese in meat rubs, cinnamon in the Ceylon with nuts, yogurt, and ice cream.” It also operates with a different type of cinnamon.

Nutmeg has low sodium and cholesterol levels, high fiber and manganese, a source for the decomposition of fats and cholesterol–an effective weight loss cycle, says Langston. Make sure that it is used in small doses because large quantities (full cloves) can be poisonous.

Alysa Bajenaru, a registered dietitian and accredited personal trainer, says Vanilla will actually help reduce the intake of sugar. (Another weight loss bonus?
